Medical Typing Solutions takes issues of Privacy and Confidentiality very seriously and is compliant with the information Privacy Act 2009, Information Privacy Regulation 2009, Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act No. 199 of 1988).
In accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 Medical Typing Solutions Quality Management System documentation includes:
- Document control
- Records control
- Internal audits
- Control of non-conformances
- Corrective action
- Document of operation, technical and client-related administrative processes in the form of flow charts, forms and records to ensure the effective operation control of all services.
As all Medical Typing Solutions staff contributes to the services offered by the organisation, each staff member has responsibilities for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the Quality Management Systems by complying with policies and procedures defined with the QMS Manual. This accountability exists throughout all levels of the organisation. The appointed Quality Manager has the delegated authority to ensure that the Quality Management System is effectively implemented and maintained within all areas of Medical Typing Solutions.
Regulatory Compliance
As part of the Quality Management System, Medical Typing Solutions senior management has systems in place to identify and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation regulatory requirements, professional standards and guidelines.
Exclusions
There is an exclusion to section 7.3 Design & Development as Medical Typing Solutions is not involved with the design or development of any products. All other elements of the AS-NZS ISO 9001:2008 Standards are applicable to Medical Typing Solutions.
